Returns

Changed your mind? No worries! You can return unused items within 30 days for a refund—no questions asked. Just shoot us an email at hello@k-911.shop with your order number, and we’ll send you the return address.


To keep things fair, we do charge a $15 restocking fee for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. This helps cover shipping and secure transaction costs so we can keep offering top-quality gear without cutting corners. Got questions? We’re always happy to help—just reach out!


Warranty


At K-911, we stand by our gear. If something isn’t working as it should, let us know—we’ll sort it out.


All K-911 products come with a 1-year limited warranty. If your device fails, we’ll either repair or replace it (depending on stock levels and spare parts availability). Just email us at hello@k-911.shop or hit us up in the chat box below.


This warranty doesn’t cover damage from accidents, misuse, or if repairs have been attempted by anyone other than our team. We also can’t take responsibility for any damage or loss during shipping to or from you.


Water Damage


Some of our products are water-resistant or waterproof, but that doesn’t mean they’re built for deep-sea adventures! These features are designed to reduce the risk of water damage, not eliminate it. If seals aren’t closed properly or get knocked around during use, water can sneak in—so we recommend keeping devices away from water whenever possible.


Unfortunately, because we can’t verify if damage is from improper use, water damage isn’t covered under warranty. If you’re unsure how to protect your gear, just ask—we’re happy to help!
